Roof Repair
Leaks, missing shingles, flashing failures, and storm damage — fixed properly.

Repairs
A repair that actually finds the source of the leak
Most roof leaks aren't where the water shows up inside. They track down rafters and along the deck before they drip. We trace the leak to its real source — usually flashing, a failed pipe boot, a nail pop, or wind-lifted shingles — and fix that, not just the symptom.
If your roof is near the end of its life and repairs are just buying months, we'll tell you that too.

Our Process
Finding and fixing the leak
Inspection
We get on the roof and into the attic if we can, and trace the leak to its source.
Findings & quote
You get photos, an explanation of what's failing, and a written repair price — plus an honest note on how much life the roof has left.
Repair
We make the fix with matched materials and correct flashing technique, usually in a single visit.
Verify
We water-test or wait for rain and check the interior to confirm it's dry.
Repair Or Replace?
How we help you decide
A repair makes sense when…
- The roof is under ~15 years old
- Damage is isolated to one area
- The shingle mat is still flexible and intact
- You're not seeing widespread granule loss
Lean toward replacement when…
- The roof is 18-25+ years old
- You've had leaks in several spots
- Shingles are brittle, curling, or bald
- A storm damaged a large area (often a claim)
Questions
Roof Repair: common questions
Can you repair just a small section?
Yes — most of what we do is targeted repair. We keep common shingle colors on hand and can match many others.
Will a repair patch be obvious?
We work to match color and lay pattern. On older, sun-faded roofs a new patch may be slightly different in shade at first but blends over time.
How much does a roof repair cost?
It depends entirely on the cause and access. Minor flashing or boot repairs are modest; structural or large storm repairs cost more. The inspection and quote are free.
Do you warranty repairs?
Yes, we provide a workmanship warranty on the repaired area. Terms are on your estimate.
